Organizational adjustment in product management and purchasing: Daniela Frei takes over team management in purchasing

We are making changes in the organization to improve effectiveness in product management and purchasing .


Daniela Frei is taking over the leadership of the purchasing team . She reports to Julia Kuster . Daniela is now Julia's deputy. Daniela is an experienced buyer who knows our products very well.
Julia is still the Head of Product Management and Purchasing. However, she only works 80% (Tuesdays off).


With Daniela taking over the role of team leader in purchasing, Julia's workload is reduced and she can now concentrate more on the requirements of product management.

At this point I would like to thank Julia. After Helmut Streifinger left, she took over the management of purchasing and defined and documented processes there. Today we work with it. We use Navision. This allows purchasing to concentrate on operational implementation.

I am convinced that with these changes we will take another step towards success.


This change takes effect immediately.

I wish both of them much success and fun with these tasks.
