For the trainees, Wednesday was not a normal day at work. In order to get to know each other better and simply because it was fun, the trainees were allowed to plan an excursion together. The trainees decided on a day at Europa Park.
For Steinemann AG, it is important to offer apprentices good training. However, sometimes you also need a little fun and motivation to keep going full throttle. The management has succeeded in doing this with this trip.
