Starting today, we have a new security measure that helps us better protect our information. It's called "multi-factor authentication." It sounds complicated, but it's not.
With multi-factor authentication, access to our computers and data is now even more secure. This is how it works: When you want to log into your computer, you are not only asked for your password. You also have to pass another security level.
You will receive a code on your phone which you must confirm. This makes it more difficult for hackers to gain access to our information.
We want you to be able to work safely and that our data is protected. Multi-factor authentication helps us do this. If you have any questions or need help, contact your key user.
