We are delighted to welcome Ayleen von Büren as our new HR Manager . With a master's degree in Human Resource Management and diverse experience in supporting the entire HR lifecycle and implementing modern HR processes, Ayleen brings extensive expertise. Her career to date has included roles in recruitment and personnel development, as well as extensive experience in change management. The transition will take place by the end of the year, following Marco Biser's departure. We are confident that Ayleen will enrich our team with her strategic thinking and passion for HR.
