We would like to inform you today about an important decision at WTK Germany GmbH. After a thorough review of the financial situation of WTK Germany GmbH and in view of the current economic challenges in Germany, we have decided to
November 4, 2024, to initiate insolvency proceedings for WTK Germany GmbH.
This decision was not taken lightly. We considered various options, but were faced with unexpected time pressures, which were exacerbated by the termination of our lease. Despite the tight deadlines, it was important to us to act responsibly.
We are very grateful to all employees, partners and customers for their support and commitment over the past few years. We regret the need for this measure and are committed to making the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Our focus now is on finding the best possible solution for everyone involved and setting the course for a positive future.
