It's no secret that our shop still has a few construction sites. (We're working on it) That's why I'm very happy to be able to show you two improvements today.
1. "Request product information"
Unfortunately, the information about our products is quite scarce because we cannot create detailed descriptions in Navision and even the short ones are sometimes not displayed for technical reasons.
That's why customers can now request additional information directly from the product page.
Below the specifications is the button that opens the product-specific contact form. Our office staff then receives this by e-mail to info@steinemanngroup.com and can send the customer the required information by e-mail or telephone.
As we know thanks to our AI Janine , we often have information up our sleeves that is not directly visible. Through this low-threshold contact offer, our great sales team can now hopefully generate even more happy customers.
2. "Downloads"
We can now provide PDFs for download on the product pages in the shop. In other words, all product data sheets, instructions, manufacturer information, promotional flyers, or anything else that could be useful for the customer.
